The system says that I am not eligible. What do I do?

Our verification process ensures that only eligible employees participate in this program, as confirmed by your HR team. Do check that there is no typo error/space when you entered emp-ID or email address.

Sometimes due to technical issues, your name may be omitted from the ‘eligible list’ by accident. Please check with your local HR team on details of your eligibility if you are unsure of this.

You can also share your details with us, once we receive confirmation on your entitlement from your HR team, we will update the list and let you know so you can register.


Please share your details by creating ticket in our system & we will keep you updated. Our support team is available from 7AM - 6PM (Mon - Fri) & 7AM to 12 Noon (Saturday).
