Are my family members eligible?

Eligibility of your family members are decided & finalised by your corporate, please refer to information material sent by your HR/Benefits team.

In case of free eligibility for family members, you would be able to place order for them while booking your health check up. The system will not prompt for any payment.

In case of discounted rates applicable for your family members, you will be able to see final amount at check out & can confirm the appointment by making the payment.
