How can I be assured that my test results are correct? We only work with accredited diagnostic centres with NABH/NABL certification. Such laboratories have stringent quality controls in place. If in doubt, the clinic staff may directly contact you if they observe anything out of the ordinary to check and confirm before releasing report. Test results can vary if the same is done on a different day from another diagnostic center. This happens due to varied food intake or different fasting state prior to blood-draw. Factors such as physiological abnormalities, fever, chemotherapy, dehydration, medication etc. can also cause variance in the reported results.
